Dr. Nitin Kumar Parashar is a Consultant Cardiologist & Electrophysiologist trained at PGIMER Chandigarh and AIIMS New Delhi, specialising in heart rhythm disorders, angioplasty, and pacemaker & ICD implantation.
He completed his MD (General Medicine) at PGIMER, Chandigarh, and his DM (Cardiology) at AIIMS, New Delhi, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at SCTIMST, Trivandrum. He has published more than 30 papers in international journals and authored the book "Review of Cardiology" to train doctors specialising in cardiology.
Special interest in conduction system pacing, biventricular pacing, ablation of complex arrhythmias, angioplasty of bifurcation lesions and chronic total occlusions, and structural heart interventions including TAVI. Active member of the Indian Heart Rhythm Society (IHRS) and Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society (APHRS).
